Welcome to the fictitious world of BAKTRA Software.
My name is Michael Kalouš. I am a mainframe (IBM System z) software architect from the Czech Republic.
I got into computers in the early 1990s, playing with and programming the 8-bit Atari 130XE computer. In the late 1990s, I moved on to mainstream PCs. Because computers kept interesting me, in the final years of my secondary education, I decided to pursue a degree in computer science and a career in IT. After my graduation in 2009 from CTU, I have been working as a software developer and architect.
This is my personal page with non-serious, spare-time projects that I would like to share.
